It has the notorious "System Restore" Rogue Anti-Virus at startup. Get the customers data off the drive if it's a really nasty one. (Like W32 Rogue\Fake Scanti) Try to seek out and destroy the infection first. O/S= OEM XP Home Edition + SP2 and updates as of 3May 08.
