I still can't control my firewall though.I don't run AIM on the comptuer because I know it will send it out.Should I uninstall SP2 becasue that is were the Firewall is Put a check by "Delete Offline Content" and click OK. Similar to IM? So, should I use HiJackThis to get rid of TKBell.exe and the 4 unnecessary start-up programs? I followed the guidelines.

Or, if you're totally convinced you are clean and don't get further help here, maybe try another forum - making sure to include this link so people know what you have Could they be a malware problem. Repeat if more than 1 copy found. It should be able to remove remains after CCleaner got the java caches.

It is a clean program. Okay, it seems like this is just too soon for me to return, but my scheduled scan found 4 viruses, all located in relatively the same place...
