I can't replicate your situation on another computer because the cause of redirects on another computer might be due a scheduled task, another browser extension, a malware-created registry subkey and process, Make sure that all browser windows are closed with the exception of Cwshredder and choose FIX. - Use a Firewall - I can not stress how important it is that you use a Firewall on your computer.
- MalwareRemoval.com provides free support for people with infected computers.

Found Trojan horse, Vundo, and SmitFraud (basically a breeding ground of infection!) I managed to "fix" them but they were sent to vaults, etc. I have only had little access since posting the logs however I noticed that the web pages I do frequent are moving along at a quicker pace.
