I hit control alt delete, and nothing happened.Ran spyware checks via spybot and ad-aware and they only turned up cookies. When I finally found a tech support address that I thought might work, I just got a formletter back saying they don't provide assistance to netscape.net accounts.

Make sure to direct the program to install in the c:/program files/spybot/ directory, NOT the default directory. Have you thought about letting it go standby when it sits for say ten minutes? I think I will stick with Bleeping Computer and make donations to people who want to help fight spyware.

Restart machines solve the problem, re-hibernate or re-suspend machine occasionally solve the problem, but mostly not.
