Also, I just tried it with quicktime and it wasn't choppy just really slow video and the video would skip to catch up to the audio. I'm also working with a slim PC so that's a challenge as well. I checked the WoW forums and surprisingly everyone is getting the same exact framerate range during the Sha fight regardless of CPU, which is weird but it puts me at ease. It's a 6-core CPU so that shouldn't be an issue in my case, but perhaps others may benefit. This is kind of confusing for me since battlefield3 itself never even dips down to 25fps and stays at 60-75fps on ultra settings, but bf3 as well gets choppy while running. As all file types in all players (Real, WMP, VLC, FLV player, etc) have the problem, so all codecs would have to be old/corrupt, and that seems unlikely...or am I missing
The main problem being investigated is if these CPUs (especially CPUs with multi-threading technology hardware) conflicts with the multi-threaded processes in Flash Player 11.2's multi-threaded video decoding engine. This a drastic test, but the quickest way to prove if it's configuration/addon etc related. I also reinstalled both display drivers Radeon X300 series but none of this did anything. Seeing you configuration, If ur PSU is working good, check your RAM.
